One hour, both of us, on whatever is actually worrying you - a suspicious email, a password mess, whether that quote from an IT company is fair, what to do first. You leave with a short prioritized list you can act on yourself. No engagement, no follow-up pitch, and if the honest answer is "you're fine", we'll say that too.

Maybe less than you fear, and we'll say so. Our packages are built for businesses with a few dozen people and real risk - practices, offices, trades. If you're two people and a laptop, a full checkup is more than you need: buy an hour with both of us instead and you'll leave with a short list you can do yourself. Small businesses get hit because they're easy, not because they're valuable targets, and closing the easy doors is often genuinely enough.
Are you going to sell us new software?
Our first move is always turning on the protection you already pay for through Google, Microsoft, your bank, and your point-of-sale vendor. If something new is truly needed, it goes in the report with a price and a reason, and you decide.
What does the AI stuff actually look like?
Examples from real small businesses: drafting replies to routine customer emails, summarizing invoices and receipts for the bookkeeper, answering staff questions from your own policy documents, and reminders that write themselves. We connect it to what you have and teach your team to use it safely.
What do you charge?
Flat and in writing before we start. The Checkup is $2,950 for one location up to 25 people, or $4,500 if you're larger, run multiple sites, or handle regulated records like patient data. Care plans start at $850 a month and scale with how much watching you need. AI projects are quoted per project. If you're too small for a checkup, an hour with both of us is $375. The first conversation is free and ends with a number, not a pitch.
Who are we actually dealing with?
The two people on the business card. Andrew handles security and technology, Laura runs projects and keeps everything on schedule. Both U.S. military veterans, both living right here. Bigger security teams with a SIEM should see our specialist practice.
